Twice a month. Every tap run, temperature and humidity checked, all rooms are aired (depending on humidity readings), observations logged and reported or dealt with.

If something's off, we handle it

We can help coordinate trusted local trades and give you on-the-ground support. Trades invoice you directly. No markups.

You get the report

Timestamped photos, humidity temperature and dew point, images of important mail.

Affected areas must be treated immediately with anti-fungal agents, paying special attention to hidden hot-spots behind wardrobes, inside closets, and on soft furnishings, followed by thorough drying.

How can I get access to my mail while I’m away from Portugal?

International mail forwarding via CTT costs around €26/month and requires updating administrative forms every time you move. Piling up physical mail is also a clear sign to outsiders that a property is vacant.

Property issues can quickly become complicated in Portuguese apartment buildings. When you're thousands of miles away, it can be difficult to understand what's happening, communicate with the right people and make sure the issue is properly followed up.

We act as your local point of contact. We can visit the property, assess and document visible issues, communicate with you clearly, and help coordinate the appropriate response when needed.
